The purpose of this policy is to disclose any material connections that may exist between companies Adrian Ott and Exponential Edge Inc, and its employees. As consultants, we are trusted advisers to our clients and the market. There may be instances where our team or Adrian Ott writes about or discusses our clients at meetings or events at which we are speaking where we are paid or are provided services in kind, or companies where we have a vested interest, such as a board seat or investment. To the best of our knowledge and legal disclosure ability, we have included these relationships below. Below is a partial list of companies and events from whom we have received remuneration or services in kind for consulting services or speeches or through which we have a material financial investment in the past 12 months. (Note that there are some client companies in which we are limited by non-disclosure agreements to publicly disclose our relationship. We will continue to update this list as we receive permissions). Note that this list does not include companies who may have worked with Exponential Edge delivery partners and employees at a previous employer.) |
