Adrian Ott, CEO and Founder
Adrian Ott, CEO and Founder of Exponential Edge, Inc.®, is a sought
after thought-leader, trusted advisor and speaker in the areas of strategy,
customer-centric innovation, and revenue growth to executives of some
of the most innovative companies in the world. Recognized as a top consultant
and C-level executive facilitator in the Silicon Valley by two industry
associations, she has collaborated with companies such as Microsoft,
HP, Cisco, Intuit, Oracle/BEA, Salesforce.com, IBM, Ebay/PayPal, Sun
Microsystems, Symantec, C-Cor and Seagate as well as venture-backed
start-ups.
Adrian
is currently researching a thought-leading book that will be published by HarperCollins
(HarperBusiness Imprint) in June 2010.
Prior to founding Exponential Edge®, Adrian led strategies that
developed breakthrough concepts into exponential products, services,
and programs at HP for more than 15 years. She was recognized in an
HP Annual Report for "...infusing HP with new revenue streams and
technology and business models. " During her tenure she led a business
unit that bridged HP to the Silicon Valley innovation community and
managed a $1.5 billion dollar revenue portfolio of business. She also
gained operational experience in Corporate Strategy at AT&T (Formerly
Pacific Bell), and at the Clorox Company.
She
has appeared on PBS and CNBC, and been interviewed by BusinessWeek, SmartMoney,
The NY Post and Inc.com. She has authored a number of articles in national publications
and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She lectured on value creation and
innovation for an Executive MBA Program for 5 years.
Currently, she serves
as Chair of the Strategy & Growth Roundtable for the Harvard Business School
Association of Northern California, the largest HBS Alumni Club in the world.
She previously served on the boards of the HP Alumni Association and the Software
Business Cluster in San Jose.
Adrian holds an MBA from Harvard University,
and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
While at U.C. Berkeley she received the Duncan Citation for the highest G.P.A.
in her major.
