Deb Siegle assists clients in the areas of strategic research, telecommunications industry analysis and customer loyalty. She quickly identifies and solves core issues, and develops actionable strategies and tactics with measurable results so clients can evaluate ongoing execution and success.

Deb has over 25 years of marketing, customer service and sales experience. She brings a unique combination of pragmatic skills and is adept at both the strategic and tactical levels. Deb is a popular speaker and has been featured in podcasts for executives on "Building Customer Loyalty" & "The Power of Retention Marketing."

Prior to her consulting work, Deb held several Vice President and Senior Director level positions in Customer Satisfaction and Service, Marketing, Product Management, and Market Development for such companies as FirstWorld Communications, MFS Intelenet, and Centex Telemanagement. With those companies, Deb aided in $200M financing efforts for one company through service, product delivery, revenue modeling and competitive positioning. For another, she helped accelerate the company's Initial Public Offering of a successful start-up that provided services to the SMB market.

Deb is currently President of Women in Telecommunications (WiT) a San Francisco based non-profit providing networking and education opportunities. She is also a former President of the Northern California Centrex Users Group, and former Board of Director of the National Centrex Users Group. Deb is also a former Board Chair of Women in Consulting, in which she is a current member.

Deb has a MBA from the University of California - Berkeley and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
