Louise Henriksen provides communications and project management expertise to help clients reach their time-to-market and sales goals. Focusing on high-tech firms, Louise has a demonstrated track record of providing customer-oriented communications and materials beneficial to the sales process. She has extensive experience in product marketing and product management, and understands the challenges of launching new products and marketing technology offerings

Her recent projects have included: Customer-success stories, competitive product comparisons, win-loss tracking, data sheets, white papers, web content, customer manuals, primary customer market research, training presentations, and magazine editorial development.

Clients have included: Agile Software - BOM and vendor management systems; Akonix - enterprise IM; All Bases Covered - SMB IT management systems; MailFronter - anti-spam / email security; Microsoft - voice products; Molecular Design Limited - biotechnology software; NeoMagic - cellphone semiconductors; Technology Channels Group - channel research and strategy; VMX/Octel Communications - voice messaging; and others.

Louise's expertise spans enterprise-class database-oriented applications on Oracle and SQL to integrated voice-messaging systems to biotechnology software applications. As a product manager Louise has firsthand experience project managing alpha and beta product testing with international teams and products, securing customer references, managing software alliances and developing product launch materials for customers and the sales force.

Louise has an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MS from the University of North Dakota, and a BS from the University of Idaho.
