With a passion for driving adoption of new technologies and solutions, Su has a track record in driving demand and growing revenue with strategic alliances and channel partners. Su helps clients grow their business with partners through identification, design and execution of a partner strategy and operating plan, including partner recruitment, on-boarding, enablement and joint go-to-market. She assists clients in creating and implementing go-to-market strategy, and awareness and demand generation programs for the enterprise, mid-sized and small businesses.
She has over 15 years in business development, alliance management, and go-to-market strategy and execution with high technology leaders EMC, Oracle, Hewlett Packard (HP) and Apple. Most recently, as Director, Business Development, EMC, Su led a pilot program that resulted in new enterprise revenue for EMC and ParAccel LLC, while demonstrating the viability of data warehouse/analytics appliances, an emerging product category. She has opened a new distribution channel for OEM licensing (embedded software) for HP, and managed results-centric relationships with strategic allies including IBM, Intel, Deloitte Consulting and ISVs.
At Oracle, she led global strategic initiatives that increased partner readiness, contributing to multi-fold increase in indirect revenue. Demand generation programs managed by Su resulted in significant channel sell-in and sell-through for HP (e.g. HP SupportPack WAN/LAN offerings) and Apple (e.g. PowerBook notebooks).
Su has an MBA (Marketing) from San Francisco State University, California, and a Bachelors of Social Science (Sociology) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is fluent in spoken Fukkien (Chinese) and is experienced in doing business with the Americas, Europe and Asia. |
